The Customer Operations Specialist role provides administrative and external customer-facing support to ensure positive client relations and efficient resolution of business needs. The position is primarily administrative, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment under moderate supervision. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate, detailed numeric data entry for customer records

Open, sort, and distribute mail

Scan, file, and manage documents

Follow established procedures to resolve issues and make effective decisions
Requirements

2+ years of administrative or customer support experience preferred

Strong alpha-numeric data entry skills with high accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures
Physical Requirements, Schedule & Location

Ability to use computer, keyboard, and mouse for up to 8 hours per day

Frequent handling of documents (sorting, folding, filing, scanning)

Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

100% onsite to start; eligible for hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after training and performance review
