Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
3-6 Month Contract | Potential for Full-Time Hire
Hybrid Role: Onsite 1-3 Days/Week
Position Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-impact recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while gaining exposure to strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience. This position has strong potential for conversion to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including requisition tracking, interview scheduling, offer facilitation, and onboarding support.
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Conduct onsite I-9 verification for new hires and assist with the onboarding process.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Communicate the organization’s mission and values to candidates, helping them understand their potential impact.
- Demonstrate a commitment to creating a seamless and positive candidate journey.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining recruitment workflows and enhancing efficiency.
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR team members, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing candidate engagement and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition coordination, or administrative support.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.
- Background in high-volume hiring environments is a plus.

- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support recruitment processes.
