Position Title: Sr. Customer Growth Retirement Marketing Specialist
Duration: 3+ months with the potential to extend/convert full-time
Hours: 25-30 hours a week with potential to increase
Location: Remote, EST/CST Hours
This job requires both marketing experience and strong financial services background, preferably with Broker-Dealer, RIA, Retirement, Regional Bank and/or National Account marketing background
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing colleagues and Sales team to understand the various needs by channel focus that translate into effective marketing tactics and strategies
- Create and support marketing deliverables that align to business priorities specific for Broker-Dealers, RIAs, Retirement, Regional Banks, and, focus products to key advisor segments
- Write and partner with Creative, Compliance, and Digital Marketing team to deliver quality leads to help drive business growth
- Help drive demand for products based on product availability, firm-specific research, tailored advisor tracks, and a deep understanding of product platform availability at Broker-Dealers
- Partner with Marketing colleagues to implement integrated campaigns to enhance Distribution effectiveness in driving positive net flows through Broker-Dealers, RIAs, Retirement, and Regional Banks
- Execute on channel-specific events to help guide and develop agendas that will make an impact based on targeted audience
- Maintain rules of engagement with key firms, including appropriate firm reviews and approvals
- Collaborate with senior CGM team members and Insights team to identify and achieve key campaign segmentation opportunities, data-driven KPIs, and end-to-end measurement tracks
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and advisor reach

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 7-10 years industry experience, Broker-Dealer, RIA, and/or Retirement marketing experience preferred
- Job requires both marketing experience and strong financial services background, preferably with Broker-Dealer, RIA, Retirement, Regional Bank and/or National Account marketing background

- Financial services experience required, preferably within the asset management space
