A national law firm seeks a Legal Marketing Coordinator for their Downtown Fort Lauderdale office! The Marketing Coordinator supports creative marketing services for attorney and client initiatives including providing marketing, business development, and practice-specific support to the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive client service orientation.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create and execute design concepts within firm brand guidelines, including invitations, communications, internal campaigns and more
- Draft and format marketing materials such as electronic client alerts and newsletters
- Work with attorneys to create relevant blogs, proofread, and post on WordPress back-end
- Create and edit practice group content and attorney biographies for firm website, pitches and promotional materials
- Assist with the coordination and drafting of submissions for national rankings and award nominations
- Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Prepare and develop internal communications
- Work closely with social media team for content and design
- Assist with the marketing of programs, webinars, client networking events and conferences, and internal events
- Proofread and provide quality control for various internal and client-facing marketing communication pieces
