Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $25-$35/hour (based on experience)
Duration: Through March (potential to extend or convert)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to support our national partnership programs by driving local engagement at universities. This is a phone- and email-heavy role focused on outreach, follow-up, and lead qualification. You’ll be the first point of contact for university groups that haven’t yet hosted events, helping to activate existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 20+ outbound calls per hour to university contacts.
- Send follow-up emails and log all activity in Salesforce.
- Research and update contact information for target accounts.
- Persistently follow up until you connect with the right contact.
- Qualify interest and pass warm leads to the Account Manager for closing.
- Maintain accurate records and meet KPI goals based on call volume and connects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with strong motivation and follow-through.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume outreach.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Proficient in Excel (sorting, data entry, pivot tables).
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Thrives in a metrics-driven environment.
