Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Savage, MN
Employment Type: Contract through the end of the year, with potential for hire
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM start time (on-site only)
Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client in Savage, MN is seeking a versatile and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. This is a contract role through the end of the year, with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate facility needs
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Perform data entry and maintain databases across multiple departments
- Support internal communication and collaboration
- Manage multiple shared email inboxes
- Organize and maintain internal files and records
- Provide technical administrative support
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal/client visits, including catering and logistics
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Adobe and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Professional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitude
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Professional office setting
- Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.)
- May require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs)
