Payroll Manager
Location: East Valley, Arizona
Hybrid Schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Are you an experienced Payroll Manager with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and process improvement? Our growing financial services client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage all aspects of multi-state payroll operations. This organization is in hyper growth and seeking a experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Administer and maintain payroll systems using Paycom software, including reporting, auditing, and system enhancements.

Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data flow and timely payroll delivery.

Oversee tax filings, garnishments, and benefits-related payroll deductions.

Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Manage year-end activities including W-2 processing and audits.
Qualifications:

5+ years of payroll management experience (multi-state required).

Strong proficiency in Paycom payroll software.

Deep understanding of payroll laws, tax compliance, and wage and hour regulations.

Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience in the financial services or accounting industry preferred.
-
CPP certification a plus.
