Shift: 8-hour weekday (1st & 2nd shift)
Weekend coverage: Every third weekend
Responsibilities:

Prepare, compound, and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards

Perform IV compounding, tabletop compounding, and sterile preparation techniques

Monitor and adjust medication therapy based on pharmacokinetics, patient condition, and lab results
-
Participate in code response teams and provide medication support during emergencies

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interaction
Requirements:

License: Wisconsin State Pharmacist License (pending accepted)

Experience: 2+ years inpatient pharmacy
