Title: Sr. Oracle HR Tech Consultant
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote (EST)
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract-to-Hire (Potential Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Conversion Range: $115K – $120K
Position Summary
The Sr. Oracle HR Tech Consultant will play a key role in advancing the HR technology ecosystem by enhancing automation, streamlining integrations, and optimizing data analytics within Oracle HCM / FDI / Fusion platforms. This techno-functional role bridges HR data management, reporting, and analytics-ideal for professionals experienced in pulling, transforming, and visualizing HR data across enterprise systems.
You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to build scalable, API-driven integrations and data pipelines, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless system performance across HR applications.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology projects including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines within Oracle FDI to support reporting, analytics, and integrations.

Identify and implement automation opportunities leveraging APIs to streamline HR processes and system interoperability.

Act as a techno-functional liaison between HR and IT-translating business needs into actionable system and reporting solutions.

Conduct complex data analysis and deliver insights to drive strategic decision-making and process improvement.

Collaborate on vendor integrations, including iCIMS and other HR systems.

Create and execute test scripts for unit and integration testing.

Support ongoing production maintenance and small to mid-sized enhancement projects.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

6+ years of experience in HR Technology, Oracle HCM, or related analytical/development roles.

Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM / FDI / Fusion and reporting tools such as BIP and SQL.

Hands-on experience with data integration and API development (REST, JSON).

Technical skills in one or more: SQL, Python, VBA, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery.

Familiarity with warehouse analytics, Oracle DSI, and data visualization.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments (Fortune 500 preferred).

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with API-based vendor integrations in enterprise HR systems.

Exposure to iCIMS data models and integrations.

Familiarity with python-based automation and data transformation scripts.

Background in security configuration within Oracle HCM.
