Are you passionate about food safety, science, and hands-on work that keeps products safe and delicious? Join a dynamic Quality Department where you’ll play a key role in ensuring every product meets top-tier quality and food safety standards!
In this role, you’ll work directly on the production floor-monitoring multiple lines, running quality tests (like Brix, pH, and sensory evaluations), and verifying HACCP and sanitation programs. You’ll collaborate with Operations, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain an environment where quality and safety always come first.
What You’ll Do:

Perform product testing and verify food safety controls (e.g., filters, magnets, allergens, sanitation).

Use analytical instruments and maintain calibration accuracy.

Conduct environmental and ATP swabbing, document results, and communicate findings to production teams.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Train team members on quality procedures and assist across the department when needed.

Experience or coursework in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology is a plus!
