My client specializes in representing lenders in commercial real estate transactions ranging from ten million to $200 million in value. This is a high‑impact role advising premier banking and debt‑fund clients in complex deals. The team offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on mentorship, and longevity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support all phases of real estate finance transactions for institutional lender clients
- Review and manage real estate diligence across residential, commercial, and industrial assets; identify issues and craft solutions
- Collaborate closely with partners
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial real estate finance experience; lender‑side exposure preferred
- Florida market experience
- Excellent academic credentials, Member of the Florida Bar
