Job Title: Customer Operations Representative
Pay: $21-$22 an hour
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Format: Hybrid – One day per week on-site in addition to any department-required days (advance notice provided)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch)
Assignment Duration: November 2025 – July 2026 (Potential for Extension)
Position Summary:
As a Customer Operations Representative, you will support the end-to-end business process from application receipt to policy issuance. This role involves working with multiple computer systems and collaborating closely with underwriters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to other carriers to obtain status updates on pending payments.
- Accurately enter data and follow up to clarify or obtain missing information.
- Prioritize tasks independently to meet daily production goals and customer expectations.
- Complete required training and implement new workflows with high accuracy.
- Communicate workload status and contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls

- Hybrid role with flexibility on the designated on-site day
