Heavy in the recruiting aspect and onboarding, whole process from applicant to employee.
I-9, e-verify and other onboarding paperwork
Screen potential candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Send out offer letters and gain acceptance
Communicate with candidates through offer process
Administrative support and HR duties to support HR Manager
Filing
May be back-up for receptionist
Special projects in HR to fill the time.
ADP Workforce Now would be great; any HRIS experience goes a long way
MS Office skills and computer knowledge.
1-3 years of HR/recruiting experience
Strong fundamental knowledge of recruiting best practices
