Position Title: HR Administrative Support – Corporate Benefits
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office; option to work fully onsite if preferred)
Office Location: Saint Paul, MN 55102
Duration: ASAP – March 2026 – most likely to extend
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Position Summary:
This role provides critical HR support through diversified clerical and administrative tasks, primarily within the Corporate Benefits function of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR administrative support by managing and processing benefit-related invoices
- Organize and archive scanned HR mail and documents
- Review incoming benefit election forms for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with employees and former employees to resolve benefit-related discrepancies
- Set up pension payments and assist with basic pension benefit calculations
- Support periodic HR data maintenance
- Contribute to the administration of other HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within Human Resources or Benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
