A mid-sized, full-service firm with a nationally respected real estate practice is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 4+ years of transactional experience. This role offers the change to take true ownership of deals, work closely with clients, and braoden your expeirence beyond traditional real estate transactions.
Highlights:
- Lead and manage deals from LOI through closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Oversee due diligence, title, and closing logistics
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on real estate-adjacent matters such as foreclosure, lien enforcement, and landlord/tenant issues
- Exposure to projects involving solar, renewable energy, data centers, and telecom infrastructure
