A law firm focused on insurance defense of bodily injury, first and third party claims is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Defense Paralegal located in Downtown Miami. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and document review tasks in support of insurance defense cases.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense
- Experience with medical chronologies and summaries
- Trial preparation experience
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Communication skills
- Research skills
- Experience in insurance defense or related legal field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is a plus
