Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Customer Service & Case Setup Specialist for a contract-to-permanent position located in downtown Atlanta, GA.
This role supports a respected organization in the legal and financial services industry, assisting with the setup and administration of client case files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to contribute to a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and integrity. Daily Duties:
- 
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
 - 
Provide excellent customer service to clients, attorneys, and outside parties, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
 - 
Enter and maintain detailed case records within internal systems, including client, creditor, and payment information.
 - 
Review legal and financial documents for completeness and accuracy, flagging any discrepancies for follow-up.
 - 
Manage daily reporting and maintain case tracking documentation.
 - 
Greet visitors and assist with mail, packages, and deliveries.
 - 
Keep the reception and front desk area organized and presentable.
 - 
Support internal staff and departments with general administrative needs.
 
Ideal Candidate:
- 
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
 - 
2+ years of experience in administrative, data entry, or customer service roles – experience in legal, finance, or professional services environments a plus.
 - 
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 - 
Professional communication skills (written and verbal) and a calm demeanor under pressure.
 - 
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; comfortable learning specialized software systems.
 - 
Dependable, punctual, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
 - 
Professional appearance required; no visible tattoos or facial piercings.
 
Additional Details:

Pay Rate: $21/hour
 - 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day (flexible start between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM; office closes at 4:00 PM)

Environment: Onsite, professional office setting

Dress Code: Business professional
 - 
Parking/MARTA: $60 monthly stipend provided (MARTA preferred)
