Business Operations Specialist
Location: Saint Paul, MN (Hybrid)
Assignment Dates: December 2025 – March 2026
Work Schedule: 8am – 4:45pm
Pay Range: $26-$28/hr (depending on experience)
Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their Client Onboarding Team. This role ensures accurate client and program information is maintained within internal policy administration systems to support credit protection products. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has a technical aptitude, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance for new client system implementations, including setup, testing, and administration of point-of-sale product programs.
- Ensure premium remittance and claims systems are properly configured with policy numbers for new credit protection clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, distribution partners, and internal associates regarding system-related inquiries.
- Assist third-party vendors with forms testing to ensure accurate setup within financial institutions.
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to confirm program details prior to system setup.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure client implementation projects remain on schedule.
- Identify and implement efficiencies using shared tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical system details to non-technical audiences.
- Comprehensive understanding of the credit protection environment and current technology trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of credit protection products and supporting systems (e.g., VIVA, Stone Eagle, HOA).
- Familiarity with credit protection case implementation requirements.
- Understanding of compliance and legal structures related to credit protection.
