National, top Chambers-ranked AmLaw firm in Tampa is looking to hire a L&E attorney for their Tampa office.
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years independently managing L&E matters, litigation and/or counseling
- Role will consist of counseling employers/HR departments across a wide array of industries on L&E matters, including:
- Human resources training and internal audits; Drafting and enforcing employment contracts
- Risk mitigation regarding wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation claims, etc.
- Excellent culture and great work/life balance, with no hard billable requirement and bonus opportunities starting at the 1850 billable mark
- Salary is above market, on the national pay scale
