Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a strong leader of people with experience managing at least 5 or more direct reports and who has an extensive background in program and project management. We’re looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead a high-performing team of project managers and drive the successful delivery of key IT initiatives across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals, follow standardized best practices, and deliver measurable results.
You’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact programs-making sure they’re completed on time, on budget, and within scope while upholding established methodologies, standards, and governance. Equally important, you’ll serve as a mentor and coach to your project management team, guiding them through complex initiatives and supporting their ongoing professional growth and career development.
