Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join an established boutique law firm in North Dallas. As the Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will support multiple attorneys and play a critical part in complex mergers & acquisitions, commercial lending, private equity, and commercial real estate transactions. This is a hands-on, senior-level position ideal for a paralegal who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple complex closings simultaneously, and consistently deliver high quality, detail-oriented work.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity requiring on-site work for the first 90 days. After the initial onboarding period, there may be flexibility for up to two non-consecutive remote workdays per week. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and commercial lending
- Draft, organize, and manage transaction documents, schedules, checklists, and closing binders
- Independently coordinate and execute closings, including pre and post‑closing deliverables
- Prepare corporate agreements, resolutions, consents, filings, and conduct due diligence (UCCs, lien searches)
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and maintain accurate, confidential electronic files
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, with extensive transactional and closing experience
- Paralegal Certificate (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Extensive prior closing work experience with complex M&A transactions and commercial loan transactions
- Excellent legal drafting skills in corporate and transactional matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail, organization, professionalism, integrity, and discretion
