Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire position located in Atlanta, GA.

This hybrid role provides high-level administrative support to three Partners across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to thrive in a polished yet friendly consulting environment.

This is a hybrid position, working 3-4 days onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM.


Daily Duties:

* Provide executive-level administrative support to three Partners across multiple offices.
* Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across time zones.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
* Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence.
* Interact directly with clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
* Manage partner-led projects and assist with ongoing initiatives.
* Collaborate with other administrative team members and provide backup support as needed.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative office culture.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.


Ideal Candidate:

* Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to different leadership styles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; formal tone required.
* Personable, approachable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
* 4-8 years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting multiple leaders.
* Previous experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using virtual collaboration tools.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Compensation:

* Pay Rate: $32-$36/hr
* Parking: Covered parking provided
