Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst (Contract)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 5-7 Month Contract
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support a busy finance team on a contract basis. This role will focus on AR operations, collections, reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate cash application.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing, billing, and cash application
* Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
* Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
* Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to address billing and payment issues
* Support month-end close activities related to AR
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
* Assist with reporting and analysis related to receivables
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
* 4+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience
* Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliations
* Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
