Consumer Loan Specialist (Temp-to-Perm) – Yorktown, VA
Rate: $18/hr | Onsite: 5 days/week
A growing financial services office is seeking a motivated Consumer Loan Specialist to join their Yorktown team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone ready to provide exceptional customer service while supporting loan sales and office operations.
What You’ll Do:

Recommend products and services to meet customer needs

Originate new loans and manage existing accounts

Handle payments, collections, and loan renewals

Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with policies and regulations

Deliver an outstanding customer experience in-person and by phone
What We’re Looking For:

Attention to detail and prior data entry or administrative experience a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Yorktown

Motivated to learn and grow within a temp-to-perm role
