Job Description for candidates:
Our client a Texas based healthcare provider based in North Austin, TX is seeking a Marketing Director on a direct hire basis to join their growing corporate team. This person will report directly to the CEO and lead a marketing team in an effort to utilize grassroots marketing strategies to advance our clients brand across multiple markets. This role is onsite within their corporate offices, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role does require some travel to locations throughout Austin (25% travel required). Ideal candidates have exposure to the healthcare sector as well as grassroot marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan that aligns with their growth goals, patient experience priorities, and community engagement strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities, support site launches, and ensure cohesive branding across all locations.
- Integrate data-driven insights, market analytics, and community feedback into ongoing strategy refinements.
- Lead and empower the Community Outreach and Brand Ambassador teams to deepen relationships with schools, first responders, recovery centers, and local businesses.
- Oversee the planning and execution of outreach events, sponsorships, and community initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation and referral base.
- Ensure local marketing activities align with corporate strategy and deliver measurable patient growth.
- Oversee all digital and print advertising, including Google Ads, SEO, social media, outdoor, and local publication campaigns.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all creative and media assets meet the company’s brand standards.
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Operations Manager, Social Media Specialist, and Lead Community Outreach Coordinator.
- Oversee marketing budgets exceeding $100,000 annually, ensuring efficient allocation across digital, print, and community channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare organization (urgent care, ER, specialty clinic, or hospital system).
- Proven experience leading grassroots, brand ambassador, or community outreach initiatives.
- Demonstrated budget management experience of $100,000+ annually, including oversight of media buys, creative production, and vendor contracts.
- Hands-on experience with both digital and print advertising, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and local print media.
Compensation:
- $140K-$160K
