Our client is looking for a bilingual Office Coordinator in Itasca to help with their growing organization! This role ensures smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, inventory, and facility needs while supporting multiple departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This position is onsite role with the hours of 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday. The Office Coordinator role is contract with the potential to become a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including reception, mail handling, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain office presentation and kitchen setup; manage supplies and vendor relationships.
- Organize and track inventory across office areas; perform ordering and cost comparisons.
- Support HR processes such as interviews, onboarding, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office correspondence.
- Coordinate office events and collaborate on cross-team projects.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
