Required Skills:

- Strong foundation in M365, Windows OS
- Exposure to Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory, and MS Admin Center
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
- Excellent customer service acumen
- Ability to follow scripts, calm users, and de-escalate issues
- Strong phone support presence
