Job Title: Tax Senior
Location: Collingswood, NJ (Hybrid)
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000
Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview
Beacon Hill is working with a CPA firm in the Collingswood area is looking to add a Tax Senior to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on tax work in a collaborative, client-facing environment, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Handle tax planning and compliance work for a variety of clients
Work directly with clients to gather financial information and resolve tax-related questions
Assist with quarterly and year-end tax projections
Research tax issues and provide recommendations
Support junior staff with review and guidance
Ensure deadlines are met across multiple engagements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3-6+ years of public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
Experience with individual and business returns
CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Client-facing experience is a plus

Schedule
Hybrid schedule (mix of in-office in Collingswood and remote)
