Our client, a global leadership advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level operational and administrative support to client-delivery teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The schedule is 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility for urgent needs after hours. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and prepare meeting materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately
- Track priorities and projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals
- Maintain accurate records and data in Salesforce and other systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide backup support for other ABPs
- Assist with onboarding and special projects to support firm initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in an EA role within professional services or consulting
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and credibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to shifting priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base salary + discretionary bonus
