Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Miami, FL. This fully onsite role will serve as the sole facilities personnel, responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day office and warehouse operations. You will coordinate vendors and contractors, oversee supplies and equipment, conduct site inspections, support office events, and ensure the workspace is safe, organized, and running efficiently.
Daily Duties

Stock and order office supplies, food, and beverages

Conduct walkthroughs to inspect equipment and identify issues

Create work orders for vendors and manage onsite vendors/couriers

Host monthly and quarterly onsite events
-
Monitor performance of contractors and vendors to ensure standards are met

Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and financial reporting tasks

Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and follow building procedures
-
Maintain the premises in neat and operational condition
-
Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans as needed

Provide support for management reports and projects

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working under pressure and flexible with tasks

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Clean driving record required

Comfortable working onsite in a professional office environment
Additional Details

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8 hours/day, flexible start (8:00-8:30 AM)

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Environment: Onsite, small office with minimal warehouse duties
