A prestigious, high-end luxury hotel in Century City is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities:
* Process AP invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approvals
* Prepare daily deposit logs and assist with AR billing and collections
* Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
* Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
* Maintain organized financial records and support audits as needed
* Collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely financial processing
* Utilize Opera software for financial and guest-related transactions
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments
* Strong experience in both AP & AR functions
* Proficiency with Opera is highly preferred
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
* Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale setting
