Accounting Support Specialist (Seasonal)

What You’ll Do:
- Process and monitor credit card payments and schedules.
- Enter cash transactions and maintain daily logs.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies; issue refunds when needed.
- Assist with batch filing, scanning, and system balancing.
- Support cross-training and other operational tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.

- Previous experience in accounting or non-profit settings preferred.
