Our client, a financial institution in Draper, UT is looking for temp to permanent Recruiting Coordinators to join their team. Candidates will work fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to break into a corporate environment and grow. Coordinator is expected to be proactive and responsive to candidates, managers, interviewers, HCM partners / stakeholders, and fellow team members. Key duties include scheduling and coordinating interviews while ensuring professional and effective communication during the process, tracking assigned candidates, monitoring interview – related activities, and maintaining accurate documentation. The trial period for this role is up to a year before going permanent and the pay ranges between 20-23hr based on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule & Coordinate interviews with panelist & candidate end-to-end; across various roles
- Demonstrate excellent, strong, and professional communication with candidates and all stakeholders
- Generate accurate reports and maintain updated data on all scheduling matters
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth hiring workflows
- Be proactive and contribute to enhance team processes
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in an HR industry-related field
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and track assigned tasks
- Ability to foster strong relationships with local teams and global clients both internally and externally
