Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to a minimum of 40 inbound calls per day from internal sales reps and end users.
* Enter, update, and manage customer orders in SAP.
* Provide order status updates, quotes, inventory checks, pricing, returns, and replacement information.
* Process credit card payments and provide basic invoice balance details.
* Track shipments and provide proof of delivery when requested.
* Process credit/debit memo requests, invoice rebills, and documentation requests within established guidelines.
* Answer basic product questions and resolve transactional discrepancies or customer complaints.
* Maintain organized and accurate records in accordance with internal procedures.
* Support additional customer service tasks as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred (retail/restaurant accepted).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer-centric disposition.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Basic computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple internal/external systems.
* SAP experience and/or MRO product knowledge a plus.
