Our client, a privately owned real estate development firm, is seeking an Office Administrator to provide comprehensive office and personal support in a small, collaborative environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a willingness to handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm, fully onsite five days per week in Manhattan, with early Friday close at 2:00pm during summer months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and tenant requests
- Assist with building-related tasks such as ID management and supporting lease showings
- Provide personal support, including errands, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
- Coordinate with security and building management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle pet care and assist with event or meeting logistics
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
Job Requirements:
- No degree required
- 3+ years of administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling personal tasks and working in a small office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base salary
