Our client is seeking a temporary HR Administrative Temp to support a large-scale HR cleanup and reorganization project in North Austin, TX. This role focuses on bringing accuracy, structure, and consistency to job descriptions, HR files, and digital record systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The temp will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager and periodically with HR team members to standardize documents, organize folders, archive outdated materials, and verify HRIS data accuracy across multiple platforms. This is a contract role for 3-6 months. This role requires the candidate onsite Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
Job Description & Records Management
Review, format, and standardize all existing job descriptions.
Archive outdated job descriptions and maintain clear documentation of stored materials.
Work through scanned HR files to identify, categorize, and properly store key information.
Organize, relabel, and streamline HR folders-both digital and physical.
Assist with HRIS cleanup, including verifying data accuracy and updating records.
Support overall file-system organization efforts across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with HR and administrative colleagues as needed to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with care.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with HRIS and digital filing systems.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.
Professional, mature, and pleasant demeanor.
Strong typing skills and document formatting experience.
Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- $20/hr-$23/hr
