This onsite temporary Sales Manager role is based in Beverly, offering full-time hours from 9-5 and a pay rate of $22/hr. The position is with a hospitality company that specializes in guest services and event accommodations, and the selected candidate will support group sales efforts for approximately 3+ months. The role focuses on driving group business, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solicit, qualify, and close group room business within assigned market segments.
- Respond to RFPs and incoming group leads promptly and professionally.
- Conduct site inspections for prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements following revenue management guidelines.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior hotel sales experience-especially in group sales-is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
