Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Receptionist to support onsite front-desk operations in Huntsville, AL.
This is a fully onsite, opportunity for a professional, customer-focused individual who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll manage visitor check-in, issue access badges, support conference room scheduling, and provide general administrative support while maintaining a secure and welcoming office environment.
Daily Duties:
Greet and check in visitors, contractors, and guests
Create and issue photo ID and access control badges
Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate staff
Assist with conference room scheduling and coordination
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Support onsite teams with assigned tasks
Submit facility and maintenance requests
Maintain updated building contact lists
Update and maintain the onsite concierge playbook
Perform additional duties as assigned
Top Three Daily Tasks:
Managing visitor check-in and badging
Providing front-desk and phone coverage
Supporting conference rooms and administrative needs
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Experience in a busy, fast-paced front desk environment
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Additional Details:
Location: Huntsville, AL (onsite)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour
