Overview
Beacon Hill’s client in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Technical Recruiter to support the strategic build-out of an AI-focused initiative and backfill critical roles within technology and data teams. This is a specialized, low-volume, high-touch recruiting assignment requiring expertise in sourcing niche technical talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and acquire top candidates for specialized roles in AI, technology, and data functions.
- Provide strategic recruiting advice and consult on talent acquisition best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Effectively communicate the organization’s value proposition and total employment package to candidates.
- Contribute to employment programs and projects aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday as primary recruiting platforms.
- Maintain exceptional follow-through and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience recruiting for complex, niche skillsets-preferably within AI, technology, or data domains.
- Demonstrated success in high-touch recruiting environments with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday recruiting tools.
- Strong consulting skills to advise on strategic hiring needs and business development initiatives.
