Facilities Coordinator
Nashville, TN | Onsite
3-month contract | Part-time
We’re seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the decommissioning of an office and the opening of a new warehouse in Nashville. This is a part-time, 3-month contract focused on vendor coordination and operational setup, with the potential to evolve into a longer-term, warehouse-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support a small team of multi-skilled operatives to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Partner closely with vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders during decommissioning and startup activities
- Assist with procurement, vendor selection, and service coordination
- Support financial processes including purchase orders, accruals, and tracking
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure safety and building standards are maintained
- Support risk management, business continuity, KPIs, and SLA tracking
Qualifications:
- Facilities, procurement, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
