Who We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of sophisticated commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience across copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals
- Familiarity with music, digital media, or content-driven businesses strongly preferred
- Comfortable advising on high-stakes, business-critical agreements
