Senior Contract Recruiter – 20+ Week Assignment
Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid: Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Core onsite hours 9am-3pm)
Start Date: January 19th
Duration: 20+ weeks
About the Role
Beacon Hill’s client in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to support their talent acquisition team during a parental leave coverage period. This recruiter will manage a variety of corporate exempt roles, including Director-level searches, and will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders across the organization.
Experience supporting a manufacturing company is required to ensure quick alignment with hiring teams and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate exempt roles, including:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- R&D
- IT
- Other corporate functions
- Manage Director-level and senior professional requisitions with confidence and professionalism.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements and build effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure accurate documentation in the ATS.
- Provide seamless coverage during the team member’s parental leave period.
Requirements
- 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally including time supporting manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience filling Director-level or other senior leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs).
