Customer Service Specialist (Call Center) – Richmond, VA | $15/hr
Our client seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support a high-volume call center environment in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing clear, accurate information to customers.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Resolve service or billing issues, including processing adjustments or refunds.
Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate departments.
Provide follow-up communication and share updates with customers as needed.
What You Need
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Comfort working independently and managing your time.
Ability to accurately document customer information.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
