Facilitate high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release, providing oversight to ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum practices, including project kickoff, sprint, release, and deployment planning.
Provide support to Scrum Masters throughout process.
Develops & maintains relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams to cover any potential downstream implications of the project.
Accountable alongside the scrum team for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
Cultivate an environment of continuous learning, helping teams to inspect and adapt.
Oversees scrum teams to ensure they achieve in areas including quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
Escalation of cross team impediments, blockers, and dependencies.
Achieves resolution through collaboration with Town Leaders and other executives.
Identifies high level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implements approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on outcomes.
Reviews each scrum team’s performance using OKRs and other appropriate tools and techniques to monitor team maturity, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders. Improves team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating to facilitate cooperation among the team
