Banking & Finance Associate (2+ Years)

We are looking for a new associate to represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in complex lending transactions, including commercial real estate and asset-backed finance with a top tier boutique firm in Dallas.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and negotiate loan documents and credit agreements
- Structure and close secured and unsecured lending deals

Requirements:
- J.D., licensed in Texas
- Minimum 2 years in commercial lending
- Experience with UCC filings and security documents
