Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking a Payroll & HR Manager to join their team in Manhattan. This role supports payroll and HR operations for a hotel property and works closely with Finance and HR teams in a fast-paced environment.
The position is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using UKG, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable wage, overtime, and benefits requirements. The role also supports payroll reporting and employee payroll inquiries.
In addition, this position assists with HR administrative functions such as onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting benefits administration, while maintaining strong internal controls.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of payroll experience; hospitality and union payroll exposure are a plus!
