Title: Manager of SEM & SEO

We’re seeking an experienced Manager of SEM & SEO to lead paid and organic search strategies for our consumer-focused brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly talented B2C SEM specialist to make an impact and join a high-visibility, rapidly growing team. The role is hands-on and requires expertise in campaign management, technical SEO, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max with budgets of $25K+ monthly.
- Develop keyword strategies, ad copy tests, bidding plans, and audience segmentation.
- Own the SEO roadmap, including technical audits, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link building.
- Monitor performance using leading analytics and SEO tools; deliver actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align SEM/SEO with overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with deep SEM and SEO expertise.
- Proven success managing large-scale paid search campaigns and optimizing SEO content.
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., GA4, Semrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present insights to leadership.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.
Preferred: Experience with consumer brands, agency background
