Job Description
- Receive, issue, and track inventory transactions daily within an ERP/MRP system, ensuring accurate material accountability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, discrepancy resolution, and inventory audits.
- Physically store, organize, and distribute materials, parts, and equipment to support production operations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely move inventory throughout the facility.
- Review, reconcile, and close open inventory transactions, receipts, and material movements.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials as required.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
- Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
- Forklift experience preferred; certification may be obtained upon hire if not currently certified.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
