This individual should expect to be a day-to-day hands on mentor, controlling the full oversigt of accounting operations, preparing the financial forecasts and reports for the Management Team, reviewing tax filings, coordinating the audit, and plenty more.
To be successful you should have 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, while having a CPA designation. Depending on this individuals experience the compensation will be between $130 – 150k + Bonus and strong benefits., along with a hybrid work setup.
