Beacon Hill Associates is recruiting for a Receptionist position located onsite in the Galleria area of Atlanta, GA.
This opportunity supports a creative, corporate office environment and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and employees while providing light administrative and office support. This is an onsite position with a flexible schedule that varies throughout the month.
Daily Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors, providing a professional and friendly welcome
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet guests upon arrival and notify internal staff of visitor check-ins
Manage lobby and front desk presence during business hours
Coordinate conference room readiness, including light setup and organization
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces, including the lobby, pantry, and copier areas
Stock office supplies, fridges, and pantry items as needed
Offer water or refreshments to guests while they wait
Provide general clerical and light administrative support as requested
Assist with additional office tasks to support daily operations while staff are partially remote
Who We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing office role is preferred
Professional appearance and polished presentation are essential
Friendly, personable, and confident communicator
Comfortable answering phones and interacting with guests in a corporate office setting
Strong reliability and punctuality
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is helpful, though this role is more phone- and guest-focused
Able to work independently while maintaining a service-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule:
Three weeks per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
One full in-office week per month: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Initial short-term assignment (2-4 weeks) with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and fit
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $20s/hour (contract)
Environment: Fully onsite, corporate office
Training: On-the-job training provided
